Refund & Return Policy
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it or issue a refund. Please provide a photo or video of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, we’ll send the correct one at no cost. Photo evidence is required.
Order Not Received
We offer a refund or replacement if your order has not arrived within the standard delivery window

If tracking shows “delivered”, a non‑delivery certificate from your local post office is required.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, dislike of the product, or minor variations in colour or size.
Returns
Returns are accepted only with prior approval from our support team. Unauthorised returns will not be refunded.
Incorrect Address
We cannot refund or replace orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly or the parcel was unclaimed.
Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees. Refunds are not issued for parcels delayed or returned due to customs issues.
